Freight and Delivery
Freight will be charged for New Zealand delivery. Delivery will take 2 to 3 days depending on the location. International delivery can be arranged. Please contact email@example.com with any sales enquiry.
Unless prior credit terms have been negotiated, payment by cash, credit card or cleared cheque is required before dispatch.
Good and Service Tax (GST)
Good and service Tax and Delivery Costs are payable on all New Zealand sales as itemized by Osawa NZ Limited ("the Company") at the time of confirming the customer’s order.
Return and Refund
Osawa Wines guaranteed the quality of our products. But if a product is found to be faulty or defective, we will promptly supply you with a new product or provide a refund. Returns need to be lodged to us within 7 Days from date of purchase.
The supply of wines described on this web site are subject to availability at the time of ordering and the Company will advise customers if it is unable to supply the product or vintage requested.
Sales of Alcohol Online
Sales of wine are governed by The Sale of Liquor Act, which prohibits the supply of alcohol to any person less than 18 years of age. It is illegal to falsified your age declaration in order to purchase liquor. If your under 18 years of age, please do not use this site to purchase liquor.
