Seductively perfumed with candied papaya, lychee and honey-drizzled stonefruit. In the mouth it is sweet and toffee-ish yet is zesty and refreshing at the same time. Silky, sophisticated and an absolute dream to drink.

Winemaker's Intention
Once in a while, mother nature present a perfect weather conditions that allowed us to produce 'bortrytized' grapes.
Selectively hand harvested and then gently cared for during the whole winemaking process. The result is a elegant and complex Noble Gewürztraminer. Aromatic notes of lime, orange peel and ginger. A concentrated and luscious palate unfolds, featuring a core of marzipan and honey-suckle flavours. Dried fruits, honey and apricot characters are showcased by exquisite acid balance.
